To delete a Veyra account and associated lookbooks, saved items, sessions, private source images, and generated assets, email privacy@veyra.app from the account email. You can also use the account deletion action inside the app.

What happens next

We verify ownership, revoke active sessions, stop queued processing, delete user-owned private media, and remove or anonymize associated records. Some transaction and fraud-prevention records may be retained where legally required.

Seller accounts

Seller campaigns may be unpublished during deletion. Public campaign data may be removed or anonymized according to the seller agreement and legal retention requirements.
